Joe's got tattoos from Don Nolan, Sailor Jerry, Rio De Janero and Zeke Owens amongst others.Found these pics in my phone there from a couple years ago.
Joe has a bunch of tattoos from Sailor Jerry, he's the guy who has the wind swirl on his elbow that Jerry did in 1967.

Ahhh Zeke Owens does some kick ass work I wish I could get a piece done by him!!!
